• Exit the M25 at junction 28 onto the A12
• Travel north on the A12 for approx 70 miles passing Colchester, Ipswich and Woodbridge
• At Marlseford, turn left off the A12 signposted Great Glemham
• Continue along this road into Great Glemham village (approx 3 miles)
• Pass the Church on your right and continue to the Crown Inn Public House which is situated on your left
• Follow the road round the left bend
• Dumgoyne is the third house on the left (sharing the first drive on the left past the pub)

• Follow the A14 Eastbound until junction 51 (signposted Diss, Norwich),
• At roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A140 (signposted Norwich)
• Turn right onto the A1120 (signposted Debenham, A1120 Tourist Route)
• At T-junction turn right (continuing on the A1120). Entering Pettaugh
• At T-junction turn right. Entering Earl Soham
• Continue forward onto Several Road - A1120. Entering Saxtead
• Turn right onto the B1119 (signposted Framlingham) and continue into Framlingham
• At T-junction turn right into Collage Road
• Turn left onto Fore Street - B1119
• Bear right onto Saxmundham Road and continue for approx 2.5 miles
• Turn right signposted Great Glemham
• Continue for approx 2 miles into Great Glemham village
• Dumgoyne is the third house on the right past the old School House
